• Built a self-improving feedback loop where every human correction becomes durable agent memory — quality compounds with use, with no retraining cycle and no feedback backlog to clear
• Reduced community management from constant manual triage to a single approve-or-edit decision, with autonomy configurable from full human review through to hands-off publishing
• Architected to the standard a brand’s security review applies: strict separation between customers designed into the data model, encrypted platform credentials, and internal tooling that cannot read customer content by design
• Automated the entire delivery path with an infrastructure-as-code strategy on Railway — environments, services, queues, and scaling rules defined in version control, so releases and capacity changes ship without manual intervention or a runbook
• Kept the AI layer vendor-neutral with per-stage model routing and real-time cost attribution, making AI spend a controlled unit-economics lever rather than an unpredictable bill
